  蔣士成表示:“我國化纖工業的科技發展,要在充分掌握當前情況的基礎上,對重點領域及其先進技術進行規劃和布局,著力補齊核心技術短板,掌握關鍵技術和共性技術,謀劃重大項目和工程,提高行業可持續發展能力和核心競爭力?!?/span>

  蔣士成認為接下來行業發展要重點關注這三大領域:纖維新材料、綠色制造、智能制造。

  具體來講:纖維新材料的發展水平關系到國民經濟、社會發展和國家安全,企業接下來需要重點關注功能性纖維、生物基纖維、高性能纖維、循環再利用纖維這幾類纖維的技術進步。除此之外,納米纖維、智能纖維、生物醫用纖維等前沿纖維新材料以及可降解纖維都是行業高質量發展需要重點關注的領域。

  而在綠色制造領域,蔣士成表示:“綠色環保的工藝、油劑助劑催化劑以及綠色纖維認證和平臺體系建設、推廣都是化纖高質量發展需要攻克的課題?!?/span>

  “十四五”期間,綠色制造將成為制造業領域實現“雙碳”目標的主戰場,實現碳達峰、碳中和,也是紡織行業未來可持續發展的必然選擇。為此,中國工程院設立了“紡織產業雙碳發展戰略及技術路線圖”咨詢項目。蔣士成介紹,該項目將通過對我國紡織產業碳排放現狀以及產業鏈關鍵環節減排技術、紡織原材料碳排放系數和廢舊原料循環利用碳排放效益等的研究,形成紡織行業低碳發展技術路線圖,并提出我國紡織產業低碳轉型發展政策措施和建議。這也是化纖行業高質量發展需要重點關注的方面。

  纖維新材料、綠色制造、智能制造,是蔣士成指出的行業高質量發展需要重點攻堅的三個著力點,“針對這三大重點領域我認為行業還需要進一步突出重點,布局一些重大科技和工程專項,強化科技創新和產業鏈供應鏈韌性,加強基礎研究,推動應用研究,開展補鏈強鏈,加快解決‘卡脖子’難題。”蔣士成表示。

  蔣士成舉例表示:纖維新材料領域可以重點解決錦綸高效柔性化產業化技術、無銻聚酯纖維產業化技術、高效阻燃纖維產業化技術、醫用防護纖維產業化技術等。生物基化學纖維領域要重點攻克萊賽爾纖維的專用漿粕、NMMO溶劑制備技術,攻克高光純、高化學純乳酸、丙交酯等重要原料國產化低成本制備技術。高性能纖維領域包含的品類比較多,需要分別逐一攻克。比如:48K以上大絲束碳纖維,T1100級、M65J級碳纖維的制備技術需要突破。對位芳綸需要實現高強型、高模型對位芳綸,芳綸紙、芳綸蜂窩材料等穩定化、規?;a,滿足安全防護、光通訊、航天航空、軌道交通等領域應用。超高分子量聚乙烯纖維最重要的是要突破高效、低成本的基礎上研發功能性,拓展其在海洋養殖、防護服裝等領域應用。
